Who is our offer for?
Our training is designed for employers in Poland who hire employees that are foreign nationals and speak English.
Participants who complete the entire webinar receive an Initial OHS Training Card, which serves as official documentation confirming their completion of the training.
Why choose our training?
Because it offers numerous benefits for both employers and employees. The webinar format makes the training accessible to everyone, regardless of location.
If you are an employer, you will surely find the following aspects important:
- The same time every week – our initial training sessions take place every Monday at 2:00 p.m., so you don’t have to schedule a new session with the trainer each time
- Predictable costs – regardless of the number of employees attending the training, the price per participant remains the same.
- Content-focused training – we ensure that the knowledge delivered during the training is comprehensive, concise, and presented in a way that helps participants retain as much as possible.
In turn, for training participants, the following aspects are sure to be important:
- Convenience – the training is conducted at your computer, so there’s no need to travel. This not only makes it convenient but also saves time.
- Engaging format – real-life examples, questions from the trainer, and a presentation enriched with infographics, animations, and videos make the training interesting and actively engage participants.
- Opportunity to ask questions – after the training, there is a Q&A session. If you have a question for the trainer, it’s best to note it down beforehand so you don’t forget.
